We at the Family Support Organization of Essex County (FSOEC) are parents and caregivers who have been or are on a parenting journey that may be similar to yours. We are parents of children with emotional, behavioral, mental health intellectual/ developmental, and substance-use challenges. Our goal is to educate, equip, and empower parents to become effective advocates for their children.
Parents and caregivers, we encourage you to consider FSOEC as a resource.
