Nurtured Heart Approach (NHA)
INTRODUCTION WORKSHOP 

April 30 from 6:00-7:30 PM

Nurture Heart Approach (NHA) is about transforming your relationship with yourself and others.

The three stands of the NHA are:

• Stand 1: Absolutely No! (Refuse to Energize Negativity): Avoid giving attention or intense emotional energy to negative behaviors.
• Stand 2: Absolutely Yes! (Energize Positivity): Actively recognize and reward positive behaviors, success, and strengths as they happen.
• Stand 3: Absolutely Clear! (Clear Limits/Consequences): Rules are firm, and consequences are immediate. 

In this workshop, you will learn how to create change in your life by growing your inner wealth.
