Nurtured Heart Approach
Nutriendo el Corazón

April 1 from 6:30 to 7:30pm

This bilingual group teaches parents and caregivers the Nurtured Heart Approach® (NHA), to help them raise children with emotional, behavioral, and mental challenges. Per the Founder, Howard Glasser, NHA is a therapeutic method and “behavior inspiration, not management”.

Este grupo bilingüe enseña a padres y cuidadores el Nurtured Heart Approach® (NHA), para ayudarlos a criar niños con desafíos emocionales, conductuales y mentales. Según el fundador, Howard Glasser, NHA es un método terapéutico y "inspiración de comportamiento, no gestión".

Nurtured Heart Approach involves The 3 Stands™ ̶ Absolutely NO, Absolutely YES, and Absolutely CLEAR. These stands are relationship guidelines that can effectively transform children’s behavior.

El enfoque del Corazón Nutrido implica Las 3 Stands™: Absolutamente NO, Absolutamente SÍ y Absolutamente CLARO. Estas posturas son pautas de relación que pueden transformar eficazmente el comportamiento de los niños.

Smashburger® and the Family Support Organization of Essex County (FSOEC) are teaming up for a delicious fundraiser! On May 8, 2025, FSOEC will receive 20% of all in-person, to-go, and online orders at Smashburger® (located at 989 Bloomfield Avenue, Glen Ridge, NJ) when you use the coupon code: SBFUNDRAISE.

Come enjoy some mouth-watering burgers and support a great cause! All proceeds from this fundraiser will go directly to Youth Partnership (YP), a youth development and advocacy movement for young people ages 14-21 who have experienced emotional, behavioral, mental health, substance use, and other challenges, as well as their supportive peers.

Youth Partnership is dedicated to empowering young people to be positive influences in their communities, reduce stigma, and speak out on issues that affect them. Join us in creating solutions and making a difference!
