FSOEC is Hiring Family Partners

Family Partners provide one-to-one in person peer support, education and advocacy to parents and caregivers of children who are receiving CMO services through the New Jersey Children's System of Care.

Family Partners must be the primary caregiver or parent of a child/youth with emotional, behavioral, mental health, substance use, intellectual and developmental challenges and have demonstrated their ability to advocate on their child's behalf.

• Have you acquired services from a clinical social worker, mental health counselor, psychiatrist, or psychologist for your child? 
• Have you advocated for your child to receive an Individualized Education Program or 504?
• Are you available to work full time?

If you replied “yes” to one or more of these questions, you may qualify for this fulfilling career.
